Get online support for Kindle devices by visiting the Amazon Device Support page of the Help & Customer Service section of Amazon.com and choosing your Kindle Device. Each device's page includes numerous articles on completing specific tasks, troubleshooting common issues and explaining different features of the product. It also links to a button for contacting the customer service department directly.
To access the Amazon Device Support page, visit Amazon.com and click on the Help link in the main navigation bar. Locate the Amazon Devices section under the Recommended Topics banner and click on it to view a list of all Amazon devices. It is also possible to choose from a list of popular device models directly from the main help page. While on the Amazon Device Support page, locate the Kindle section to choose from the different models of Kindle tablets and e-readers.
If you previously linked any Kindle device to your account, it should appear at the top of the devices list along with your name for the device.
