On MyWFG, users have access to their campaign managers, email and contact lists. The site allows users to set up and maintain personalized webpages, sync contacts with their campaign manager accounts, import contacts from spreadsheets and other email accounts, and send template-based emails that meet compliance standards. The online tool also lets users track user activity on messages that they have sent using the site's Tracker tool.
MyWFG template emails include team-building and encouragement tools, such as personalized notes to send out to contacts. These templates can be sent with the user's personalized information and photo included in the message. Other available templates include Education and Financial Truths, Follow-ups, and Special Occasions.
MyWFG offers the ability to create saved messages. Users may create these saved messages through their sent orders in the Tracker and can then use the messages multiple times without re-creating them. To do so, the user goes to the original message, saves it, gives it a title, and finally clicks Add.
MyWFG has a standard free version, but for extra features, tips and support, users may upgrade to premium versions, which start at $15 per month. Setting up a MyWFG account costs an initial fee of $49.
