To navigate the home page of the Verizon website as of March 2015, open it in a Web browser, and select one of the three main categories: Residential, Business or Wireless. Alternatively, go to the bottom of the home page, and select any of the options arranged in six subcategories.
Using the login interface on the home page, sign in with an existing account, or register a new one. Choose between English and Spanish as the interface language by clicking on the language link next to the login option. By selecting any of the three main categories, you can view various services and options for small and medium business in addition to different wireless devices, including smartphones, tablets and phone accessories.
In the Residential section of the home page, hover over the Services tab, and click on the link that leads to desired information regarding FiOS and standard Internet services. In the Internet Essentials subsection, you can choose between security options, cloud storage, device protection and tech support. Other tabs function similarly, allowing users to hover over them and select a desired option from the appropriate subsection. The home page of the Verizon website also provides a search functionality. To avoid having to look for specific information through categories, sections and subsections, type in the keywords related to your query in the search field, and press Enter.
