A customer can access the Rebate Center on the MetroCPS website to find a rebate, submit a rebate, check a rebate balance or access frequently asked questions. MetroPCS also offers rebate customer service that can be accessed via telephone Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Standard Time or via online chat, as of 2015.
