Metro PCS phones do not require users to sign a long-term contract, notes the company's website. However, they do require their cellphone users to pay for their service a month in advance, as of 2015, though they can cancel at anytime.
No prior notice is required to cancel service with Metro PCS and there are no costs associated with termination, according to the company. Additionally, if a customer doesn't pay the next month's bill, the service is automatically canceled.
MetroPCS offers its cellphone service with no hidden fees and all taxes and applicable regulatory charges are included. Four different levels of monthly service are available to those using the company for their communication needs.
