How Do You Manage a Boost Mobile Online Account?

Manage a Boost Mobile online account by activating a device, then creating the free account and choosing a phone number and access PIN. Log into the account to access features such as adding additional funds to the account, call history and contact and billing information.

Boost Mobile is a pay-as-you-go cell phone company that allows customers to use specially designed phones to receive cellular service without signing up for a monthly contract. To create an account and access online features, you must first activate the phone. This takes places on the Activation page of BoostMobile.com and requires you to enter the serial number of the device in order to link activity to the phone. This number is usually between 11 and 18 characters and appears near a bar code on the bottom of the phone's box.

After entering the serial number, choose your phone number, set a PIN and add an initial value to the phone. To access your online account, visit the My Account page of BoostMobile.com and enter your phone number and PIN. The account features options to view your recent calls as well as add money to the phone through either a pre-paid Boost Mobile card or a credit card. The account also contains a section to reset your PIN and update your contact email address.
