To create a personal website with The Knot, go to the site, select a theme, enter an e-mail to save the page and then personalize it before making it public. The free wedding website has its own unique URL and can be shared through e-mail, social media or on personal websites.
Creating a website on The Knot only takes three steps, but guests can add as many details as they want.

- Get started
- Choose a theme
- Enter an e-mail address
- Add details
- Share the wedding website
Go to The Knot website and click the "Wedding Website" link on the left or the top of the page.
Once on the Wedding Website page, click "Quick Setup" to start the design.
Browse through the available themes and select the one that best matches the wedding theme.
Enter a valid e-mail address, create a password and click "Save and Continue" to save the page and receive a page URL.
On the editing page, add a cover photo, enter the wedding date and other basic information, share the story if the wedding, add a guest list and create a registry and online wedding picture album for guests to view.
Share the website by updating the URL to an existing website, posting it on social media sites or sending the page directly to guests through e-mail.
