Make a payment to MyDish online, by text messages, by phone or by mail. You can also pay in cash at your nearby retail location.
To make a one-time payment online, create a login ID at the MyDish website. You can avoid late fees and save time and money by opening an e-bill autopay account. This service automatically draws money from your bank account or card every month on the date your bill is due. Enroll by creating an online ID and logging into your account. Go to the e-bill autopay option and select Automatically Pay My Bill and Do Not Send a Paper Bill. Enter your bank account or card information and submit.
To pay by text message, send the words "PAY BILL" to 34741 or DISH1. Pay using your most recently used bank account, credit or debit card. You must use the cellphone number that appears on your MyDish account.
To pay by phone, call 800-333-3474. You may pay through an agent or through the automated system. To pay in cash, enter your ZIP code or address on the pay-in-cash locator to find a location close to you. You can make a payment by mail, but the payment may take up to 10 days to process and appear on your account.
