Customers make payments on their Dell accounts by logging into the Dell Financial Services website, entering the account number and routing number from a money-market or checking account and indicating the amount they wish to pay. Dell only accepts online payments from these account types.
Dell customers log into the Dell Financial Services website using their usernames and passwords. Choosing the Payment Center option at the top of the page allows them to access the payment screen. Account holders select Make a Payment from the list of available options on the right side of the screen that shows the current bill status to begin the payment process. Users then enter a checking or money-market account number and routing number to link the account to their financial institution and the amount they wish to pay. Choosing Make Payment confirms the transaction.
Once the transaction confirms, customers can typically use the balance on their accounts to make purchases within two to three business days. The process may take up to 10 business days in some cases. Account holders can also enroll in automatic payments to avoid manual entry on each visit. Customers also have the option of paying by telephone or mail.
