To make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar, access the Apple Store app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device, and book a reservation by selecting the time and date after choosing a nearby Apple Store. Alternatively, access the Genius Bar section on Apple.com, provide the necessary information regarding your location, select the option to make a reservation, and log in with your Apple ID to finalize the process.
After launching the Apple Store app, tap on the Stores tab located near the bottom, and select the desired store once the app completes the automatic search. If this fails, perform a search manually. Tap on Genius Bar, select the device with which you’re having problems, select the desired date for your appointment, and tap on the Select Day & Time option. When prompted, log in with your Apple ID, and add the appointment to your calendar.
To make an appointment online, navigate to Apple.com, and click on the Genius Bar link at the bottom of the home page. Click on the Get Help Now link, and select a device or Apple service. Select the desired support topics and questions, and then click on the Make a Genius Bar Reservation link. Type your location or ZIP code in the search field, click Go, and then click on the Choose Store link. Log in with your Apple ID, select the desired time and date from the drop-down menu, and click Next to confirm it.
