The I'm Watch is a smartwatch created by an Italian company called i'm S.p.A. The watch receives texts, calls and messages from social media accounts, provides news and weather reports, controls music, views and saves pictures, and creates appointments.
The I'm Watch has a 1.54-inch color LCD screen encased in an aluminum housing. It has 4GB of memory and a built-in speaker and microphone. It can be paired with Android 4 or higher, iOS 4 or higher and BlackBerry 10 devices. Manuel Zanella and Massimiliano Bertolini conceptualized the I'm Watch in early 2011, with funding from H-Invest. The watch was released in the middle of 2012.
I'm S.p.A. announced discontinuation sales and left the smartwatch market on Sept. 19, 2014.
