Click the TWC Stores link under the Contact Us heading at the bottom of the TimeWarnerCable.com home page to find cable equipment drop-off locations. A Time Warner employee can pick up the equipment from the residence, although Time Warner technicians and installers are not allowed inside of a home unless an adult is present. Account holders enrolled in Time Warner Cable's Price Lock Guarantee program are subject to an early termination fee.
