A number of free online resources give users the ability to search for someone's address by entering the person's full name into a search field. Some of the easiest to use are Address.com, AnyWho.com and Skipease.com.
Address.com gives users the option of searching for an individual by name or last known mailing address. Searching by name without adding a specific location returns results for people all over the United States, while entering a city, state or zip code narrows the search results. The results page includes a list of matching names and provides each person's approximate age, current city of residence and a list of places she lived previously. The results also include relatives or known associates when they are available. Clicking on the View Full Profile tab yields more specific information, including the person's last known address, phone number, a list of neighbors and maps to her location.
AnyWho is a division of the free online service Yellow Pages. The service works in a similar fashion to Address.com, but it limits results to the person's last known mailing address and phone number. The site offers the option of doing full background check using Intelius.com, which charges a fee of about $40 to $50, as of April 2015.
Unlike AnyWho and Address.com, Skipease offers a compilation of search engines including Google, PeopleSmart, DuckDuckGo and ZabaSearch. Users can search for individuals by phone number, email address or name depending on the site used. Skipease also connects to social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
