Optex America's iVision+ is a wireless intercom system with video, which includes a wireless doorbell and camera unit and a handheld unit with LCD monitor. The doorbell and camera unit has a 330-foot line of sight range. This system can be expanded to include multiple handheld units and doorbell/camera units. It can also be used with an optional gateway/chime unit that allows the user to remotely release electronic door locks.

The Panasonic VL-SWD501 system features a 5-inch touch screen panel for the inside of the building and a wide angle camera that is meant to be installed on the exterior of the building. The two units are connected via a wireless intercom system and like the iVision+, this system allows the user to remotely release an electronic lock, such as on a gate.

The Chamberlain NLS2 system features an impressive range of 1,000 feet and provides secure 900 MHz digital communication. This system is compatible with more than 12 different intercom models. It is also portable, as it uses batteries for power, meaning it doesn't have to be wired into the building's electrical system.
