  1. Open the import wizard dialog box

    Once on Outlook, click the File tab, and select Open. Next, click Import to open the Import and Export Wizard dialog box. In the box, click on Import from another program or file, and then click Next to proceed.

  2. Select the appropriate import settings

    In the Select File Type to Import From section, click Comma Separated Values (Windows), and click Next. Enter the path and file name, or you can click Browse to manually search for the desired file. Once the file is found, double-click it to select, and click Next to proceed.

  3. Import the file data to the vCards

    In the Outlook Data File section, select Contacts. If it is not displayed, select the + icon beside the Outlook Data File to expand the list of destinations. Select Next to open the Import a File dialog box. Make sure the box next to the file has been checked off, and click Finish to import the CSV files to vCards.
