To check the operating system of your phone, open the Settings menu on your phone, and select About Phone. The operating system is listed on this page. If your phone has Android 2.2 (Froyo) or higher, your phone supports the Google Play Store app, which came pre-installed on your phone and is now hidden.
From the Settings menu on your phone, swipe to view the All Apps list. To view the disabled app, scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Select Google Play Store from the list, and select Enable.
Hold and press the on/off button on the side of your phone to turn it off, and press it again to turn your phone on.
Open the Main App screen on your phone, and look for the Google Play Store on your list of apps. Tap the app to launch it.
