Access the Air Canada Aeronet Portal by visiting the Air Canada employee page and selecting Employee Travel from the My News tab. Alternately, employees can visit the ACAeronet page and use the login function to enter their credentials.
The Employee travel site is optimized for use with Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher, Safari 3.0 or higher, Google Chrome 8 or higher and Firefox 3.0 or higher. The site is only available to Air Canada employees with valid login credentials and cannot be accessed without a username and password.
Call the Help Desk using the toll-free number located on the employee home page for assistance with portal-access issues. The Help Desk may need to reset an employee password, which can take a few hours. Employees may also reset their passwords independently by selecting the Forgot Your Password link on the login screen. To reset a password, an employee must use the six-digit employee number located on his pay stub or pension slip, with the added letters AC preceding the number.
All active employees, as well as some retired employees, have access to the Employee Portal. Select the Help page from the menu on the Employee Portal sign-in page for help with questions about the portal.
