    Using a Web browser, navigate to the URL. If you have a lost, damaged or stolen phone, click the yellow button for starting a new claim. If you have already made a claim and want to check its status, click the black button for continuing or tracking the claim.

  2. Gather useful information

    Before you file a claim, you need your six-digit PIN and the make and model of your device. You also need a payment method for your deductible. Depending on your claim, you may also need to photograph or scan your license or other form of identification for verification. Sprint may also ask for proof of ownership and other supporting documents such as insurance information.

  3. Make your claim
