Buying with PayPal is also free. Selling domestically incurs a 2.9 percent fee plus an additional 30 cents per transaction. For international sales, PayPal charges 3.9 percent plus a fixed fee based on the foreign currency exchange rate. Sending money inside the United States is free when paid with a PayPal balance or linked bank account, otherwise the fee is 2.9 percent plus an additional 30 cents per transaction. International sending requires a fee of one-half to two percent when funded by a PayPal balance or bank account.
