Sutter’s My Health Online features Web-based health management tools and services for Sutter Health patients. The online platform allows registered users to access their health records, view test results, renew prescriptions, request appointments and send non-urgent messages to the doctor’s office. Patients can also access links to relevant health topics that are reviewed and approved by Sutter Health clinicians.
My Health Online allows account holders to view key components of their electronic health records. Patients can find the latest information on current health issues, medications and immunizations, and they can enter notes for their own reference. Patients can also check their ongoing prescriptions with instructions and view their recent and upcoming appointments. In addition, patients can communicate with their doctor’s office over a highly secure connection. Clinicians revise and send test results to the patient account, generally within four business days.
Patients who receive care from Sutter Health’s affiliated medical foundations and participating community physicians are eligible to use My Health Online services. Parents and guardians can also request access and manage health information of children under the age of 12.
The My Health Online mobile application is available for Android and Apple devices, as of 2015. Patients can download and install the MyChart application and select Sutter Health as their health care provider.
