Dell also offers home consumer support from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m to 7 p.m. This service is available by calling 1-800-624-9897. Small and medium businesses can call 1-800-456-3355 during the same time period and the same week days.
Emails can also be sent to Dell for technical problems through the support platform. The service works by allowing a user to identify his product by entering the service tag or express service code. The system then routes the user to the correct support agent.
