To delete RegClean Pro from your computer, uninstall the program through the Control Panel, and use a malware-removal software, such as AdwCleaner, to remove the files that the uninstall process skips. To prevent the infection, make sure to uncheck the box for RegClean Pro when installing software bundled with it.
To uninstall RegClean Pro via the built-in uninstall functionality, navigate to the Programs and Features window by clicking on the Start button, selecting the Control Panel option and clicking on the Uninstall a Program link located in the Programs section. After the Programs and Features window appears, locate and click on the RegClean Pro entry, and click on the Uninstall button. Follow the on-screen instructions until the removal process finalizes.
In case any files remain after the uninstall process, download the free version of AdwCleaner from websites such as BleepingComputer.com or CNET.com, and install it by initiating the setup process after double-clicking on the downloaded executable file. Close all active programs and windows, and click Yes if prompted to let AdwCleaner run. Perform a scanning process by clicking on the Scan button, check the boxes next to files and folders related to RegClean Pro, and select the Clean option. Once AdwCleaner removes the files, click OK to have the program restart your computer automatically.
