Make sure the new setting applies to all content by selecting the Whole Document option in the Preview section. This section automatically displays the booklet layout based on the selected option. Choose the Landscape orientation if necessary to fit the content.

Modify the margins of the booklet by specifying the values in the appropriate fields within the Margins section. Click OK to have Microsoft Word format the content based on the selected parameters. Click on the File button, and select the Print option. In the Pages section, select the manual or automatic duplex printing option, depending on your printer, select the number of copies you want to print, and click on the Print button.
