Use the Live Chat service on VerizonWireless.com to make or discuss a complaint. Alternatively, the company allows customers to register complaints via Twitter, Facebook or Google Plus.
Select Contact Us at the top of the home page and scroll down to the section headed Want to Talk to Someone? Under Live Chat, select the subject of your complaint and sign in with your Verizon user ID or mobile number.
Click on Social and select Finding Device or Account Support to view links to social media sites Twitter, Facebook and Google Plus. Options include tweeting a message to @VZWSupport or posting a question on Verizon's Facebook or Google Plus pages.
Verizon's customer service team monitors and responds to comments on Twitter and Facebook between 8 a.m. and 3 a.m. Eastern Time, and on Google Plus between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern Time, seven days a week.
