Linksys offers three methods -- live chat, Twitter and phone call -- for you to contact support as of 2015. To contact Linksys support via live chat, navigate to the Linksys website and click Support at the top of the page.
On the Linksys support page, scroll down to the Contact Support section, and click Start Live Chat. Click the Home Product Chat if you need support for your home products. Enter your first name, last name, phone number, email address and country in the form, and click Submit to start the live chat session.
To contact Linksys support via Twitter, go to the Twitter website and sign in to your Twitter account. Tweet your message to the Linksys support Twitter account at @LinksysCares. For phone support, call the Linksys tech support hotline. As of 2015, the phone number is 800-326-7114.
