Contact an Apple live chat support representative by visiting Apple.com. In the support section of the website, select the device you need support for prior to being connected.
From the homepage of the website, click the Support link in the header of the page. Click the Contact Support link at the bottom right of the page, then click the Get Started button. Click on the image of the device for which you need support, and select from the category, or categories, that most closely represents the issue you are having. Click anywhere in the Chat window to begin a session with a support representative.
