Metro PCS call records are only available for a subscriber’s outgoing calls according to the official MetroPCS website, as of 2015. Metro PCS customers use the My Account feature of the MetroPCS website in order to access the call detail function and print outgoing call listings.
The call detail function can be added to a subscriber’s account for an additional $1 monthly fee. To add call detail, users call 611 from their mobile phones or log into their My Account portals on the MetroPCS website.
Subscribers can also use the My Account portal to store payment information in addition to viewing data usage and plan features.
