  1. Navigate to SmallPDF

    Open your Web browser, and navigate to the SmallPDF home page. Click the Merge PDF button at the top of the page.

    Click the Choose File button, and navigate to the PDF file on your computer. Select your PDF file, and click Open. Alternatively, drag and drop each PDF file onto the blank area on the SmallPDF Web page.

  3. Sort your PDF files

    Click the PDF files in the window, and arrange them in the order in which you want SmallPDF to combine them. Use File Mode to view and arrange individual files, and use Page Mode to view and arrange single pages within the PDF files.

  4. Combine and download the PDF files

    Click the Merge PDF button at the bottom of the page to start the combining process. Once SmallPDF completes the merge, click the Download File Now button on the page to retrieve your file. Save it to your preferred location.
