To get help with a Cisco router, click on the Support tab on Cisco.com, and then click on Routers under the Products by Category heading. Choose a router category, or click on the router number to see support topics for that router.
For example, if you click on the Cisco 7200 router from the Enterprise line, support topics include software downloads, reference guides, installation and upgrade help, configuration help and advice on maintaining and operating the router. There is also a Troubleshoot and Alerts link to help owners work through various router issues. Clicking on the individual model within the series brings up additional support topics, including a Downloads tab and a Community Content tab.
From the tabs on the right of the product page, click on Open a TAC Case Online to get help directly from technical support. Alternatively, click on Worldwide Support Phone Numbers to find additional contact information for tech support.
