To check on the status of a Verizon repair request, go to the Verizon website, hover your mouse over the Support tab and select Repair Status under the Service and Device Help category. Enter your ZIP code and repair ticket number and click Continue to view the status of your repair request.
The Repair Status page helps you manage your repair requests and service appointments. You can review the status of a current ticket, cancel or reschedule a repair request, or update your contact details. You can also use this page to check the shipping status of any replacement devices you've requested.
You can check the status by entering your ZIP code and repair ticket number, or by logging into your Verizon account. To log into your Verizon account, you need your user ID and your password. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link and providing your user ID and ZIP code.
Note that the repair date and status is the same whether you used the call center or the online troubleshooter to request a repair. While checking the repair status of your device, you can also change your modification preferences and previous comments.
