As of 2015, a Sprint order can be monitored by using an order status checker tool on the Sprint website. To use the tool, a Sprint customer is required to input his order number including any dashes.
The status of a Sprint order can be monitored only after 24 hours has passed since the order was placed. The order code for a phone or accessory from Sprint is generally found in the confirmation email sent after the purchase has been finalized, and tracking numbers are available after an order ships. A Sprint customer service representative also has the exact same information provided through the order number.
