Type the web address www.jcp.com or www.jcpenney.com. Both web addresses take you to the JCPenney homepage.
On the top right hand side of the homepage there is a link that says track order. Click on this link to be taken to the order tracking log-in page.
If you have an existing account with JCPenney, enter your email address and password into the correct field on the left hand side of the page. If you currently do not have an account with JCPenney and wish to simply track your order, use the right side of the page.
