Change your computer's home page in your Internet browser by locating the appropriate options setting, selecting the field labeled Home Page, entering the Web address that you want for your new home page and clicking okay. Some common default home pages are Google.com and Bing.com.
Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the three most common Web browsers, and details vary slightly in each of their processes for accessing the options to change your home page, as of 2015. If your browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, open explorer, and click on Tools in the upper left. Select Internet options, and click on the General tab to obtain access to the Home page field. Delete the current home page listed, enter the one you want, click Apply, and then OK to finalize your change of home page.
If you're using Google Chrome, identify the wrench icon at the top-right corner. This pulls open a bar that gets you to the Options menu where you can adjust your home page. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, click on the Firefox tab at the upper left corner of the browser, select Options twice in a row, and access the Startup section to configure your home page.
