To unblock websites, bypass the restrictions by using a proxy server, accessing the blocked website after setting up a virtual private network or using online translation services, such as Google Translate or Bing Translator. To access a website that Google Chrome blocks with the malware warning, disable the protection settings in the Privacy section.
Unblock a website via proxy servers by navigating to ProxySurfing.org or HideMe.be, typing its Web address in the appropriate field, selecting whether to encrypt the URL or disable scripts, and pressing Enter. The downside of using a proxy server to bypass blocking restrictions is that it can slow down browsing or display certain Web elements incorrectly.
To unblock a website via an online translation service, navigate to its website, type the URL of the blocked website in the left field, select English as the output language and click Translate. This should result in a browsing experience similar to using a proxy server.
To bypass the restrictions via a VPN service, such as Hotspot Shield, set up the program so that it connects to a VPN server, and access the website normally. To disable the protection settings in Google Chrome, access the menu, click on Settings, click on the Show Advanced Settings link, and uncheck the box next to the Protect You and Your Device From Dangerous Sites option. Enable this setting again when finished accessing the blocked website.
