To track your Verizon order status, go to Verizon.com, choose the applicable category, scroll to the bottom of the home page, and click on the Order Status link located under Support Topics. On the new page, provide the order number and ZIP code, and then click Get My Order Status.
On the home page, customers can choose between residential, business and wireless options. Choose the relevant category, and locate the order number in the order confirmation email or receipt sent by Verizon for the transaction in question. For Verizon Broadband services, the order number consists of nine to 13 characters, which include numbers and letters. For Verizon Voice services, the order number consists of eight to nine characters, which also include letters and numbers.
Alternatively, sign in to your My Verizon account to view the Verizon order status on the new page. You do not need to provide any additional information about a particular order to view its status after accessing your My Verizon account.
If needed, click on the Contact Us link at the top-right section of the website to contact a customer support representative from Verizon for further inquiries about your order. The contact details appear under the Ordering and Contact Information section of the Contact Us page.
