The MetroPCS website, metropcs.com, provides order tracking for all orders, including phones. To track an order, customers input either the order number or the email address used for the order, as well as the delivery ZIP code.
In addition to online tracking, MetroPCS provides order tracking via telephone, with the appropriate phone number listed in the customer's order or shipping confirmation email. The order confirmation email also contains the order number in the bold "purchasing information" section, just below the customer's email address.
Most orders placed before 3 p.m. EST ship the day of the order, while most orders placed after 3 p.m. ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. MetroPCS ships all phones via UPS, with ground, two-day and overnight shipping available for most orders. Shipping speeds do not include order processing times. UPS provides more detailed tracking information for orders, along with information regarding any delivery delays that occur.
As of April 2015, the footer of the MetroPCS website contains a link to the track order page under the Manage & Pay menu listing. Order information remains accessible on the website for 60 days when searched by order number and 30 days when searched by email address.
