Having an AT&T myWireless account allows AT&T customers to manage their account features, monitor usage, shop for AT&T products, pay their bills, make payment arrangements and access customer support 24 hours a day. AT&T also offers a free myAT&T app for users to download to their smartphones.
AT&T customers can also keep an eye on their usage of wireless data, upgrade their services, view 16 months of past bills, set up automatic payments and enroll in paperless billing. The service also includes the option to shop online and pick up products at the local AT&T store, or to schedule an appointment with local customer service representatives at a store. The myWireless app works with iPhones, Windows phones and Androids.
To create a myWireless account, users must have an Internet connection. Click the Get Started or Register button to initiate registration. Make sure to indicate the type of account you wish to register. Wireless accounts include smartphones and traditional cell phones. Users can also register their U-verse television, Internet and voice account with the service. Enter all of the requested personal information before creating a user name and password. Save this information to log into the myWireless account and use its features.
