Amazon shoppers also have the option to upgrade their cell phone or add a line to existing AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint accounts. Tracking for the physical phone can be done through tracking numbers given by Amazon. Once the phone has been received, the phone service provider will have to be contacted so the phone can be activated.
