As of March 2015, consumers can see the status of an existing Amazon.com order by visiting Amazon.com and going to the Your Account portion of the website. From this location, consumers can track, modify or cancel orders, in addition to viewing order history.
Consumers can filter search results while searching for orders by selecting different parameters within the Manage Orders tool. Specific parameters that can be included in this search include product name, date range, SKU number, listing ID and product name. Statuses of different orders typically include terms such as shipped, pending, unshipped and canceled. Archived orders can also be viewed under Your Account.
