Current Verizon customers can view pending orders by logging into the applicable Verizon account. For residential customers, pending orders are listed in the Order Status tab. The pending orders of wireless customers are given under the Plans and Services tab, and can also be checked at the Pending Orders website.
Pending orders for Verizon customers result from making account changes, such as adding a device, changing the device features, and changing an existing service connection or service plan. A pending order notice is given in the service overview upon login and is displayed at the right when navigating within the Services tab.
An existing pending order on a Verizon account temporarily freezes access to some account features. This allows one order to be processed before additional orders are placed. As long as the pending order remains active on the account, customers are unable to add additional devices, activate or change devices, change service status, and cannot view prices and offers for alternate service packages. Customers regain full access after the existing order clears.
Customers who have difficulty accessing or viewing pending orders in the associated Verizon account can also get this information in a live chat with a customer service representative.
