Your personal Office Depot Rewards account screen includes a Rewards Summary link. Clicking this link allows you to see the details of the points total so you can see how you earned your rewards. Use this link to verify that your qualifying purchases were counted toward your reward point balance.
Reward points don't always show up immediately after a purchase. The points can take days or sometimes weeks to post to the account if they are from a special promotion. The Rewards Summary page gives you a way to track those points to ensure they are eventually awarded.
Once you earn 1,000 points, Office Depot issues a rewards certificate within 30 days of that month ending. If you don't reach 1,000 points by the end of the month, those points carry over until the end of that calendar quarter. If your current balance is lower than expected, it is possible the points were used to issue you a reward certificate. You can click the View My Rewards Certificates link from your Office Depot Rewards account to see if you have any issued certificates.Learn more about Internet & Networking
