Make changes in your Fido account either by contacting the Fido customer service or online. To make the changes online, log in to your Fido personal or group account using your user-specific Fido number and password.
Change your mailing address, contact phone number and email after logging in to your account. Click on the Change Address option in the Account Details section. Enter the date of address change. Change the details in the applicable address fields, and follow the online instructions. You cannot make changes to your address more than twice in a year.
To change your email address, click the Change Email Address option in the Account Details section. Type in the new email address, and then retype it to ensure accuracy. Click the Submit button. To change your phone number, click the Change Phone Number option in the My Fido Service section. Enter the new phone number, and submit the request.
Another method of making changes in the Fido account is to contact Fido customer care either by dialing 611 toll-free from a Fido phone, dialing 888-482-3436 from another phone or chatting with a Fido representative through your online account. In addition to other changes, you can also change account ownership by contacting a customer service representative.
