Boost customers have three options to make payments, online, over the phone or in any retail location. The Boost website provides a list of ways that Boost customers can make their payment online or through their phone.
There are codes that customers can use to add funds to their account depending on what type of information is stored in their online accounts. If the customer has a debit or credit card stored online then they can pay using a text code along with the amount and the last four of the card number on file in the message. Calling customer service is another option for customers, along with setting up auto pay through the company's website so that funds are withdrawn automatically monthly.
