Locate a missing Android phone using Google's Android Device Manager or a pre-installed phone location app, such as Cerberus or Where's My Droid. When signed in to the appropriate Google account, type "Where is my phone" into Google search to see the device's location in Google Maps.
Third party location apps may require a subscription or purchase to access all of the features. The free Android Device Manager is Google's proprietary service for locating a missing Android device. Android Device Manager requires the latest version of the free, and usually pre-installed, Google app. Android Device Manager displays the geolocation of the device and offers the option to ring the device or wipe and reset the device from within a web browser on any other device.
