Instructions for changing a computer's home page is found at the Microsoft support website. The home page settings can be changed by opening Internet Explorer, clicking on the tool tab and selecting Internet options.
In order to change the home page in Internet Explorer:
- Use the home page option on the website
- Use the current page to become your home page
- Use the URL to set the home page
- Delete the unwanted home page address
- Consult support for additional information
If the websitehas an option on the page to set it as the home page, click the link and the home pagewill automatically default to this website.
If the website that is currently being viewed is to become the home page, go to the top tools menu and clickInternet Options. Under the general tab, click Use Current and click OK.
From the tools menu, click Internet Options. Under the general tab, enter the website's address in the address box and click OK.
Delete the home page by going to the computer's control panel. Click Programs and choose Uninstall. Choose the address and uninstall.
