Customers can order Verizon services in store, online or by telephone for residential or business use. Verizon customers can locate their order numbers on the confirmation emails they receive or in their Welcome Kits. Broadband order numbers have either nine or 13 letters and digits. Verizon Voice order numbers have eight or nine letters and digits. Customers can view their order status approximately 24 hours after they place their orders.
