Verizon Wireless customers can view their incoming and outgoing calls by accessing their cellphone bills online. The cellphone bills of the last six months are available on the Verizon Wireless website.
Customers who want to access their previous cellphone bills can go to the Verizon Wireless website and click on the My Verizon option at the top. Enter their user id or mobile number and click the Sign In button. Customers who haven't already registered their mobile number for online access can click the Register link to register. They need to enter their mobile phone number on the registration form and wait for an automatic text message that contains their registration PIN. Once they receive the PIN, go to the My Verizon tab to sign in.
Once signed in, customers can click the My Bill tab and scroll down to the Billing Statements section. In the Billing Period drop-down list, select the billing period they want. Then, select the View and Print option to download and open the statement for the selected period in PDF format. In the statement, scroll down to the Call Records section to see a list of incoming and outgoing calls along with the duration of each call for that billing period.
