To access customer support chat, navigate to StraightTalk.com, and click Contact Us under the Support heading. On the next page, click LiveHelp on the right side of the page. A new window then opens. Enter your first name, last name, email address, phone serial number and question, and click Submit to have a Straight Talk customer service representative join the chat.
