Can I Check My Verizon Text Messages Online?
Verizon users can check their text messages on the Verizon Wireless website. This site is distinct from the residential or business sections of Verizon webpages. Users logging in for the first time can also sign up for the Verizon Messages Integrated Messaging Service.
After signing in, users have to click on the “Accept” option that pops up in order to accept integrated messages. Users have the ability to compose text messages from this page as well. By typing in the recipient’s address in the “To” option and typing in a message in the bottom text box, Verizon users can send text messages from their desktop that show up as being sent from their regular phone number.
The “Enable Desktop Notification” option also allows users to see new text messages coming to their phone from their desktop and get notified about them immediately. This section shows all text messages as well. Users can click on any of the messages to read them. It is also possible to click the “Select All” option and then click “Mark as Read” in order to clear the messages if users aren’t interested in reading them. This is especially useful in the case of spam text messages.
