New and existing AT&T customers may check the status of their rewards by visiting the AT&T Rewards Center. To find out what awards you qualify for and the status of your rewards, you need to know which AT&T services you have and your 9-digit billing account number. In order to be eligible for rewards, you must have an active account and maintain service for at least 30 days after activation. It may take three to four weeks for your rewards information to appear in the AT&T Rewards Center. Checking the status of your AT&T Rewards only takes a few minutes online.
- Visit the AT&T website
Open a browser on your computer and navigate to AT&T's Rewards Center website.
- Choose "Get Your Rewards" at the top of the page
Click on "Get Your Rewards" at the top of the page.
- Enter your AT&T services
Select the services you currently have with AT&T and click "Go."
- Enter your account number
Enter your 9-digit AT&T account number in the appropriate box and click "Go." You can find your account number on your bill.
- Select "Check Status"
Select "Check Status" to the right of the status box to view the status of specific AT&T rewards.
